Invalid Material

Error case: Gagal dengan informasi "Failed. There is material that not allowed to be send."

Solution: Melakukan exclude item pada material non new addition, dengan cara:

1. Cari ticket number ATP.

2. Klik tiket.

3. Klik tombol Detail.

4. Klik tab Material Items.

1. Klik kanan pada material non new addition, kemudian klik tombol Exclude Item.

2. Isi catatan.

3. Klik tombol Update.

Setelah berhasil melakukan exclude item, kemudian dapat melakukan proses eATP gateway kembali.
