eATP gateway dilakukan pada tiket dengan status New atau Assigned.

Proses eATP gateway:

1. Klik menu 15.2 Equipment (eATP Features).

2. Cari ticket number ATP.

3. Klik tiket.

4. Klik tombol eATP Gateway.

1. Pilih daftar BoQ yang akan dikirimkan ke ISDP.

2. Cek job type pada daftar BoQ yang dipilih. Perubahan job type menjadi New Addition dapat dilakukan dengan cara klik kanan pada BoQ, kemudian klik tombol Change to new addition.

3. Klik tombol SUBMIT.

4. Klik tombol Yes.

Proses eATP gateway berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Processing on eATP Gateway.

Error case: Tidak bisa melakukan proses eATP gateway.

Beberapa kendala yang mungkin dialami saat proses eATP gateway:

1. Gagal dengan informasi "Failed. These feature only can be used to ticket that have status: Assigned, New."

2. Gagal dengan informasi "Failed. Not allowed vendor."

3. Gagal dengan informasi "Failed. There is material that not allowed to be send."
