# Create Ticket

Create ticket dilakukan oleh role **Staff / SPV NOS**.

Proses create ticket:

1. Klik menu WFM (Workforce Management) pada side bar.
2. Klik menu In-Building Electricity Payment.
3. Klik **`Create Ticket`**.

4. Isi data.

Data yang perlu diisi adalah:

1. **In Building Site ID:** Pilih Site ID.

2. **Periode Pakai**: Pilih periode pemakaian.

3. **Periode bayar**: Pilih periode pembayaran.

4. Klik **`Submit`**.
