# Approval by SPV NOS

Proses approval oleh Supervisor NOS dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Waiting NOS SPV Approval.**

Proses Approve

1. Klik menu WFM (Workforce Management) pada side bar.
2. Klik menu In-Building Electricity Payment.
3. Cari ticket number.
4. Klik tiket.
5. Klik  **`Detail`**.

6. Klik  **`Approve`**.
7. Klik  **`Yes, Approve`**.

Proses Reject:

1. Klik menu WFM (Workforce Management) pada side bar.
2. Klik menu In-Building Electricity Site.
3. Cari ticket number.
4. Klik tiket.
5. Klik  **`Detail`**.

6. Klik  **`Reject`**.
7. Isi catatan dengan lasan melakukan reject.
8. Klik  **`Yes`**.
