# Download Resume

Download resume dapat dilakukan jika status ticket **Closed**.

Proses download resume:

1. Klik menu WFM (Workforce Management) pada side bar.
2. Klik menu RH Visit.
3. Pilih Cluster Area.
4. Pilih tanggal.

5. Cari ticket number.
6. Klik tiket.
7. Klik **`Resume`**.
8. Klik **`Download Resume`**.
