# Create Ticket

Proses create:

1. Klik menu WFM (Workforce Management) pada side bar.
2. Klik menu Maintenance Site.
3. Klik **`New`**.

4. Isi data.

1. **Site** **ID**: Pilih site ID.

2. **Start** **Date**: Pilih tanggal mulai.

3. **Periode**: Pilih periode maintenance.

4. **Site** **Class**: Pilih site class.
