# User Renewal

Proses perubahan data user (user renewal):

1. Klik fitur Selma (Credential Management) pada side bar.
2. Klik menu 8.1 User Access.
3. Klik **`User Management`**.
4. Klik **`User Renewal`**.

5. Cari user dengan kata kunci username, name, atau email dari user.
6. Klik user untuk menampilkan detail data user.
7. Ubah data user. Untuk perubahan data user expired dapat diisikan pada kolom Note.
8. Upload dokumen pendukung.

Ketentuan dokumen pendukung:

1. File form request harus dengan format PDF.

2. Setiap file maksimal 5 MB.

3. Setiap file yang diunggah dapat dilihat dan dibaca dengan baik.

4. Pastikan file yang akan diunggah sudah sesuai dengan kolom yang disediakan.

5. File yang sudah diunggah dan dilakukan submit, maka file tidak dapat diganti.

6. Klik **`Submit`**.

7. Klik **`Yes`**.
