1. Klik work scope.
2. Klik tiket untuk menampilkan detail tiket.

1. Klik work scope.
2. Klik menu option pada tiket.
3. Klik `Ticket Map`.

## Working on Ticket: Take Over and Open Form

Proses working on ticket:

1. Klik work scope.
2. Klik menu option pada tiket.
3. Klik `Take Over`.
4. Klik `Confirm`.
5. Klik menu option pada tiket yang telah berhasil dilakukan take over.
6. Klik `Open Form`.
