Web INEOM dapat diakses menggunakan aplikasi browser (disarankan menggunakan Google Chrome) yang terhubung dengan jaringan [intranet](https://ineom.telkomsel.co.id) atau [internet](https://ineom-tsel.mit.id).

Apabila saat mengakses link web INEOM mengalami error "Your connection is not private", maka dapat dilakukan pengaturan lanjutan/advanced setting dengan cara:

1. Klik tombol **`Advanced`**.
2. Klik tombol **`Proceed to ineom.telkomsel.co.id`**.

Proses login ke web INEOM:

1. Isi username dan password.
2. Klik tombol **`Sign In`**.
3. Isi kode OTP.
