## Take Over

Klik menu option pada tiket technical support FMS.

Pilih related site.

Klik menu `Take Over`.

Klik `Confirm`.

Klik `YES`.

Proses take over tiket TSF diperlukan pengambilan foto speedometer kendaraan sebelum user melakukan perjalanan ke site.

## Request Permit

Klik menu option pada tiket corrective TS FMS.

Pilih related site.

Request permit dilakukan pada tiket yang memiliki label **Permit Required**

Klik menu `Request Permit`.

Klik `Confirm`.

Isi data pada halaman `Form Working Permit`.

**End Time**: Tanggal permit berakhir.

**User Data**: Data user yang akan melakukan maintenance.&#x20;

Pengisian user data dapat dilakukan dengan 2 cara, yaitu:

* Melalui form working permit (apabila telah memiliki akun).
* Melalui form user helper (apabila tidak memiliki akun).

**CAF & KKST Number** (opsional): File CAF dan nomor KKST.

Klik `SUBMIT`.

## Check In on Site

Klik menu option pada tiket technical support FMS.

Pilih related site.

Klik menu `Open Form`.

Klik `Confirm`.

Klik `YES`.

<summary><mark style="color:red;">Error Case</mark>: Tidak bisa melakukan check in on site</summary>

Apabila mengalami kendala tidak bisa melakukan check in on site, maka:

* Pastikan GPS pada perangkat telah aktif.
* Pastikan telah memenuhi jarak maksimal terhadap site.
* Pastikan telah berada di lokasi.

Apabila telah memenuhi tiga syarat di atas namun tetap tidak bisa melakukan check in, maka user dapat melakukan proses [Request Check In](https://docs.ineom-tsel.mit.id/fiola/ts-fms/pages/ncujjhStlxwDFy9z4Uq4#kondisi-1.-sudah-berada-di-site-namun-tidak-dapat-melakukan-check-in.) atau [Mismatch Coordinate](https://docs.ineom-tsel.mit.id/fiola/ts-fms/pages/ncujjhStlxwDFy9z4Uq4#kondisi-2.-sudah-berada-di-site-namun-titik-koordinat-tidak-sesuai-dengan-yang-ditampilkan-di-aplika).
