# Create Assessment

Create assessment dapat dilakukan melalui platform web iNeOM atau aplikasi NICE.

Klik `New`.

Pilih assessment type: `Sampling Site In Border`.

Isi site ID.

Setelah memilih site ID maka akan muncul pesan berupa peringatan/informasi sukses.

* Pesan peringatan/warning: Muncul ketika belum ada aktivitas pada site operator, sehingga belum bisa membuat tiket assessment baru.
* Pesan informasi sukses: Menampilkan detail aktivitas terakhir.

Klik `Create Ticket`.

Proses create assessment berhasil apabila tiket muncul pada halaman List of Assessment dengan status **New**.

Klik ikon :heavy\_plus\_sign:.

Pilih perlu/tidak untuk pengambilan kunci site.

Pilih tipe assessment: `Penilaian Sampling Site - In Border`.

Isi site ID.

Setelah memilih site ID maka akan muncul pesan berupa peringatan/informasi sukses.

* Pesan peringatan/warning: Muncul ketika belum ada aktivitas pada site operator, sehingga belum bisa membuat tiket assessment baru.
* Pesan informasi sukses: Menampilkan detail aktivitas terakhir.

Klik `CREATE`.
