# Create Draft Ticket

Create tiket CM/WO dilakukan oleh TO dan NOP (Manager, Engineer, Staff).

1. Create Draft Ticket
2. Approval Draft Ticket
3. Update Draft Ticket (Apabila dilakukan reject pada draft tiket)

## Create Ticket on Web

Create draft tiket dilakukan oleh MO.

Klik `New`.

Isi data pada halaman `Create Corrective Maintenance`.

Klik `Save`.

Ticket Urgency:

* Low Impact: Tiket harus dikerjakan dalam waktu kurang dari 30 hari.
* High Impact: Tiket harus dikerjakan dalam waktu kurang dari 2x24 jam.

Issue Category: Problem atau permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan.

Maintenance Threshold: Acuan penyelesaian pekerjaan/maintenance.

Apabila Maintenance Threshold dan Recommendation tidak ada, maka dapat diisi dengan tanda minus (-).

Create tiket CM melalui halaman Corrective Maintenance (Mobile) dilakukan pada menu Corrective Maintenance.

Klik `Site Maintenance` pada surrounding apps.

Klik `Resource Center`.

Klik Corrective Maintenance.

**Prioritas**:

* Low: Tiket harus dikerjakan dalam waktu kurang dari 24 jam.
* Minor: Tiket harus dikerjakan dalam waktu kurang dari 12 jam.
* Mayor: Tiket harus dikerjakan dalam waktu kurang dari 8 jam.
* Critical: Tiket harus dikerjakan dalam waktu kurang dari 4 jam.

**Asset Related Activity**:

* Apabila terdapat pergantian asset, maka tambahkan kategori untuk asset related activity.
* Asset related activity dapat diisi lebih dari satu.
