# FMS

## Asset Activity Using eTSA Form

Klik `GUNAKAN eTSA`.

Tunggu hingga permintaan form eTSA disetujui.

**Info**:

* Permintaan form eTSA disetujui dengan cara Requestor (TO/MO) melakukan create Ticket pada menu Support Sparepart.
* Apabila create ticket eTSA berhasil, maka tiket RQR akan muncul dengan status **New** dengan action next **Waiting Vendor Respond**.
* Tiket RQR yang muncul sejumlah dengan Qty yang telah diisikan oleh Requestor (TO/MO).

## Confirm Install

Klik menu option pada RQR.

**Perhatian**: Confirm install dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Received** dan action next **Confirm Install**.

Klik menu `Confirm Install`.

Klik `YES`.

Proses confirm install berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi **Ready Install** dan action next **Installation Item**.

Klik menu option pada riket RQR.

Klik check box pada asset untuk melakukan proses pengambilan foto asset.

Klik `YES`.
