## Mengakses Menu BPS Monitoring

Menu BPS Monitoring dapat diakses dengan cara klik menu `12.6.1 BPS Monitoring` pada menu `12.6 Backup Power System (BPS)`.

**Info**: Lakukan [konfigurasi filter](/faq/ticketing-system/general/filter-configuration.md) pada tab BPS Tracking dan List of Backup Power System apabila data tidak muncul.

## Request BPS

Request BPS dilakukan oleh NOP.

Klik `Request BPS`.

Isi dialog `Request BPS` dengan cara klik dropdown button untuk memilih site ID, kemudian sistem akan memberikan rekomendasi mobile genset terdekat.

Klik `Request BPS`.

## Update PIC

Update PIC dilakukan oleh NOP atau FMS Koordinator melalui tab `BPS Availability`.

Pilih BPS.

Klik `Edit`.

Edit `MBP Users` dengan cara klik ikon :heavy\_plus\_sign: untuk menambahkan user BPS sebagai PIC, atau ikon :heavy\_minus\_sign: untuk menghapus user BPS dari daftar PIC.

Klik `Save Change`.

## Review dan Approval Tiket BPS

Review dan approval tiket BPS dilakukan oleh NOP melalui tab `List of Backup Power System`.

Pilih tiket.

**Perhatian**: Review dan approval tiket BPS dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Submitted**.

Klik `Review`.

Cek data yang telah diunggah oleh FMS.

Apabila data telah sesuai, klik `Approve` untuk menyetujui tiket. Klik `Reject` apabila terdapat data yang tidak sesuai.
