## Menu BoQ Planning

Menu BoQ Planning dapat diakses dengan cara klik menu `12.2.3 BoQ Planning` pada menu `12.2 Contract`.

## Create BoQ Plan

Create BoQ plan dilakukan oleh NOS Admin.

Klik `New`.

Isi dialog `Create BoQ Plan` dengan cara klik dropdown button untuk memilih cluster area, periode, dan interval. Kemudian klik ikon :calendar\_spiral: untuk memilih bulan dan tahun.

Klik `Create`.

## Edit BoQ Plan

Edit BoQ plan dilakukan oleh NOS Admin.

Pilih BoQ.

Klik `Edit`.

Ubah jumlah item dengan cara klik kolom `Quantity` pada baris `Item` yang akan dirubah.

Klik `Save`.

## Approval BoQ Plan

Approval BoQ plan dilakukan oleh NOS Manager.

Pilih BoQ.

**Perhatian**: Approval BoQ plan dilakukan pada BoQ dengan status **Proposed**.

Klik `Verify`.

Cek data yang telah diunggah oleh NOS Admin.

Apabila data telah sesuai, klik `Approve` untuk menyetujui BoQ plan. Klik `Reject` apabila terdapat data yang tidak sesuai.

Apabila status BoQ plan telah **Approved**, maka secara otomatis sistem akan melakukan generate [PM Schedule Planning](/fiola/pm-schedule-planning/web.md) dan [eKPI](/fiola/ekpi/web.md).

## Download Summary

Pilih BoQ.

Klik `Export PDF`.
