Menu BBM Fixed Genset Refill dapat diakses dengan cara klik menu `12.7.4 BBM Fixed Genset Refill` pada menu `12.7 BBM Power System Utilisation`.

## Create Fuel Refill Ticket

Create tiket FRM dilakukan oleh NOP atau FMS.

Klik `New`.

Isi data pada halaman `Create Fuel Refill`.

Category:

:black\_small\_square: DEPO: Apabila mendatangkan tangki ke site.

:black\_small\_square: NON DEPO: Apabila tidak mendatangkan tangki ke site.

Klik `Save`.

Proses create tiket FRM berhasil apabila tiket muncul pada halaman `List of Fuel Refill` dengan status **New**.

## Review & Approval Ticket FRM

Review dan approval tiket FRM dilakukan oleh NOP.

Pilih tiket.

**Perhatian**: Review dan approval tiket FRM dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Submitted**.

Klik `Detail`.

Cek data yang telah diunggah oleh FMS.

Klik `Activity Review`.

Isi catatan pada dialog `Fuel Refill - Activity Result Review (Ticket Closing)`.

Apabila data telah sesuai, klik `Approve` untuk menyetujui tiket. Klik `Reject` apabila terdapat data yang tidak sesuai.
