Proses create technical support activity:

1. Klik menu 12.9.4 Asset Validation Over Quota (Fiola Features).

2. Klik tombol **`Add`**.
3. Isi data pada halaman Create Technical Support Activity.

Petunjuk pengisian data pada halaman Create Ticket Technical Support Activity:

* **Assign to**: Pilih FMC/TO/Vendor.
* **Assign Group** dan **Assignee**
* **Site ID**: Pilih site ID.
* **Ticket urgency**:&#x20;
  * Minor: Tiket harus dikerjakan dalam waktu kurang dari 7x24 jam.
  * Major: Tiket harus dikerjakan dalam waktu kurang dari 24 jam.
  * Critical: Tiket harus dikerjakan dalam waktu kurang dari 2 jam.
* **Type**: Pilih Asset Validation Over Quota.

4. Klik tombol **`Save`**.
