# Bagaimana jika tidak bisa melakukan take over tiket BPS?

Apabila mengalami gagal take over tiket BPS dengan informasi "**User yang anda gunakan belum terdaftar sebagai PIC MBP**", maka FMS dapat melakukan proses enroll as PIC dengan cara:

1. Klik menu option pada BPS.
2. Klik menu **`Enroll as PIC`**.
3. Klik tombol **`YES`**.
