# Create New Task (Penghapusan)

Klik `New Task`.

Klik menu `Penghapusan`.

Isi data proposal form: Doc. Number, Doc. File, Goods Type, Warehouse Site, dan Note.

Pilih equipment yang akan dihapus.

Pemilihan equipment yang akan dihapus dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu:

1. **Pilih equipment dari daftar goods ID**, dengan cara:

Klik check box pada goods ID yang akan dihapus.

Klik `Add`.

Klik `All Available Qty` apabila akan mengambil semua equipment yang tersedia pada goods ID yang dipilih, atau klik `Specify Quantity` apabila akan mengambil equipment dalam jumlah tertentu.

2. **Upload dari file Excel**\*), dengan cara:

Klik `Upload from Excel`.

Klik `Upload Data`.

Klik `Browse`.

Pilih file dengan format Excel yang telah diisi dengan equipment yang akan dilakukan penghapusan.

\*) Hanya untuk goods type Infrastructure dan Non Infrastructure.

Sebelum melakukan upload file Excel, pastikan sudah memiliki template. Apabila belum, user dapat melakukan download template terlebih dahulu.

Pengisian penghapusan equipment pada file Excel harus sesuai dengan template.

Klik `Save`.

User dapat melihat dan mengubah goods ID yang telah dipilih melalui dialog Penghapusan - Selected Goods.
