# Create New Task (Pemindahan)

PIC Creator dapat menggunakan role berikut: **Inventory MGMT SPV**, **PROC**, dan **CSIPRA - STAFF**.

Proses create new task:

1. Klik menu `Warehouse Task`.
2. Klik task `Pemindahan`.
3. Isi proposal form: Doc. Number, Warehouse Site, Delivery Vendor, Doc. File, Destination Site, Note.

Pemilihan equipment yang akan dipindah dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu:

1. Isi kolom search, kemudian klik ikon `🔎`.
2. Klik checkbox pada Goods ID yang akan dilakukan pemindahan.
3. Klik chckbox pada select all.
4. Klik tombol `Add`.

1. Klik `Upload from Excel`.
2. Klik `Upload Data`.
3. Klik `Browse`.

* Pilih file dengan format Excel yang telah diisi dengan equipment yang akan dilakukan pemindahan.
* Sebelum melakukan upload file Excel, pastikan sudah memiliki template. Apabila belum, user dapat melakukan download template terlebih dahulu.
* Pengisian pemindahan equipment pada file Excel harus sesuai dengan template.

4. Klik `Save`.

Proses create new task berhasil apabila tiket WM muncul pada halaman Ticket List(s) dengan status **Waiting Inventory SPV Approval**.
