## Access Work Scope Asset Take

Klik work scope `Asset Take`.

## Follow Up

Klik menu option pada tiket AM.

Klik menu `Follow Up`.

Klik `Confirm`.

Proses follow up tiket AM berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi **In Progress**.

## Open Form

Klik menu option pada tiket AM.

Open form tiket AM dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **In Progress**.

Klik menu `Open Form`.

## Add Asset

Proses add asset bersifat opsional: dilakukan apabila asset tidak ada di daftar asset pada halaman Asset Take.

Klik ikon :heavy\_plus\_sign:.

Pilih group, taxo, item, dan amount/jumlah yang akan ditambahkan.

Isi data serial number.

Klik ikon 📷 untuk pengambilan foto asset jarak dekat dan jauh.

Isi catatan (jika diperlukan).

Klik `OK`.

Klik `YES`.

## Fill Form

Klik check box pada asset.

Klik `YES` untuk pengambilan foto asset jarak dekat.

Klik `OK` untuk pengambilan foto asset jarak jauh.

Proses pengisian form asset take berhasil apabila status asset menjadi **Complete**.

## Submit

Klik `SUBMIT`.

Klik `YES`.

Proses submit tiket AM asset take berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi **Closed**.

Catatan: Apabila status tiket asset take telah **Closed**, maka status tiket asset store menjadi **New** dan dapat dikerjakan melalui aplikasi NAGITA.
