## Menu Recovery

Menu Recovery dapat diakses dengan cara klik menu `14.6 Recovery` pada menu `14 eTSA`.

## Request Recovery

Klik `New`.

Isi data pada halaman `New Request - RECOVERY`.

**Perhatian**: Upload file BA kehilangan harus dalam format PDF dengan ukuran maksimal 5 MB.

**Info**: Pengisian field `Reason Detail` dapat berupa link berita dan/atau detail kejadian.

**Info**: Petunjuk pengisian `Item Selection`.

:black\_small\_square: Tombol :heavy\_minus\_sign: untuk menghapus item.

Type Name:\
:black\_small\_square: Common Material: Merupakan sparepart yang diambil dari gudang (melalui Winona).\
:black\_small\_square: Specific Material: Merupakan sparepart yang memesan dari Vendor (melalui ETSA).

Klik `Submit`.

Proses pembuatan request tiket recovery berhasil apabila tiket telah muncul pada halaman `List of Recovery` dengan status **New**.

## Confirm Close

Pilih tiket.

**Perhatian**: Confirm close tiket recovery dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **In Progress** dan tiket referensi (Winona, SPMS, atau Consumable) telah **Closed**.

Klik `Closing Ticket`.

Klik `Submit`.

Proses confirm close tiket recovery berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi **Closed**.
