## Menu Recovery Material

Menu Recovery Material dapat diakses dengan cara klik `TSA Administration` pada surrounding apps, kemudian klik menu `Home`.

Klik `Recovery Material`.

## Request Recovery

Klik ikon :heavy\_plus\_sign:.

Isi data pada halaman `Recovery Material Request`.

**Info**: Petunjuk pengisian `Item Selection`.

Type Name:\
:black\_small\_square: Common Material: Merupakan sparepart yang diambil dari gudang (melalui Winona).\
:black\_small\_square: Specific Material: Merupakan sparepart yang memesan dari Vendor (melalui ETSA).

Klik `Kirim`.

Proses pembuatan request tiket recovery berhasil apabila tiket telah muncul pada halaman `Recovery Material` dengan status **New**.

## Confirm Close

Klik menu option pada tiket recovery.

**Perhatian**: Confirm close tiket recovery dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **In Progress** dan tiket referensi (Winona, SPMS, atau Consumable) telah **Closed**.

Klik menu `Confirm Closed`.

Klik `YES`.

Proses confirm close tiket recovery berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi **Closed**.
