Menu Preventive Maintenance dapat diakses dengan cara klik menu `14.9 Preventive Maintenance` pada menu `14 eTSA`.

## Approval Preventive Maintenance

Pilih tiket.

**Perhatian**: Approval tiket preventive maintenance dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **New**.

Klik `Approval Request`.

Klik radio button pada field `Response` pada dialog `Approval Ticket`.

Klik `Submit`.

Proses approve tiket preventive maintenance berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi **Regional Approved**.

Apabila melakukan reject, isi catatan berupa alasan melakukan reject pada tiket.

Klik `Submit`.

## Verify Preventive Maintenance

Pilih tiket.

Klik `Verified`.

Klik radio button pada field `Response` pada dialog `Approval Ticket`.

Klik `Submit`.
