## Menu Material Support

Menu Material Support dapat diakses dengan cara klik menu `14.5 Material Support` pada menu `14 eTSA`.

## Request Material Support

Klik `New`.

Isi data pada halaman `New Request - MATERIAL_SUPPORT`.

Info: Petunjuk pengisian `Item Selection`.

:black\_small\_square: Tombol :heavy\_plus\_sign: untuk menambahkan item.\
:black\_small\_square: Tombol :heavy\_minus\_sign: untuk menghapus item.

Klik `Submit`.

Proses pembuatan request tiket material support berhasil apabila tiket telah muncul pada halaman `List of Material Support` dengan status **New**.

## Confirm Close

Pilih tiket.

**Perhatian**: Confirm close tiket material support dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **In Progress** dan tiket referensi (Winona, SPMS, atau Consumable) telah **Closed**.

Klik `Closing Ticket`.

Klik `Submit`.

Proses confirm close tiket material support berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi **Closed**.
