## Menu Software Update

Menu Software Update dapat diakses dengan cara klik menu `14.7 Software Update` pada menu `14 eTSA`.

## Request SWU

Klik `New`.

Isi data pada halaman `New Request - SOFTWARE_UPDATE`.

**Perhatian**: Tanda bintang (\*) menunjukkan data yang harus diisi.

Klik `Submit`.

Proses pembuatan request tiket SWU berhasil apabila tiket telah muncul pada halaman `List of Software Update` dengan status **New**.

## Submit Request

Pilih tiket.

**Perhatian**: Submit request tiket SWU dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Approved**.

Klik `Submit Report`.

Cek data pada halaman `OS Request - Implementation Software`.

Klik `Submit`.

## Resolve SWU

Pilih tiket.

**Perhatian**: Resolve tiket SWU dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Approved** dan REMAINING NODE = 0.

Klik `Close SWU`.

Isi data pada dialog `Closing SWU`.

Klik `Submit`.
