## Menu Software Update

Menu Software Update dapat diakses dengan cara klik `TSA Administration` pada surrounding apps, kemudian klik menu `Home`.

Klik `Software Update`.

## Request SWU

Klik ikon :heavy\_plus\_sign:.

Isi data pada halaman `Software Update Request`.

Klik `Kirim`.

Proses pembuatan request tiket SWU berhasil apabila tiket telah muncul pada halaman `E-TSA` dengan status **New**.

## Submit Request

Klik menu option pada tiket SWU.

**Perhatian**: Submit request tiket SWU dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Approved**.

Klik `Submit Report`.

## Resolve SWU

Klik menu option pada tiket SRSM.

**Perhatian**: Resolve tiket SWU dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Approved** dan REMAINING NODE = 0.
