Menu On Site Support (OSS) dapat diakses dengan cara klik menu `14.3.3 On Site Support (OSS)` pada menu `14.3 Request`.

## Vendor Response

Pilih tiket.

**Perhatian**: Vendor response tiket OSS dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Approved**.

Klik `Waiting Vendor Respond [Vendor]` atau klik `Response Order`.

Isi data Request Number pada dialog `OS Request - Response Order`.

Klik `Submit`.
