Vendor Respond

Approval oleh Vendor dilakukan pada tiket dengan status Information: TSA Approved - Action Next: Waiting Vendor Respond.

Proses accept oleh Vendor:

  1. Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).

  2. Cari ticket number RQL.

  3. Klik tiket.

  4. Klik tombol Response Order.

  1. Klik radio button Approve.

  2. Klik tombol Submit.

Proses accept ticket oleh Vendor berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Information: Vendor Responded - Action Next: Delivery Item.
