# Vendor Respond

Approval oleh Vendor dilakukan pada tiket dengan status Information: **TSA Approved** - Action Next: **Waiting Vendor Respond**.

Proses accept oleh Vendor:

1. Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).
2. Cari ticket number RQL.
3. Klik tiket.
4. Klik tombol **`Response Order`**.

5. Klik radio button Approve.
6. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.

Proses accept ticket oleh Vendor berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Information: **Vendor Responded** - Action Next: **Delivery Item**.

Proses cancel/reject oleh Vendor:

1. Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).
2. Cari ticket number RQL.
3. Klik tiket.
4. Klik tombol **`Response Order`**.

5. Klik radio button Cancel/Reject ticket.
6. Isi catatan.
7. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.
