# Delivery Item

Delivery item oleh Vendor dilakukan pada tiket dengan status Information: **Vendor Responded** - Action Next: **Delivery Item**.

Proses delivery item:

1. Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).
2. Cari ticket number RQL.
3. Klik tiket.
4. Klik tombol **`Delivery Item`**.

5. Isi data vendor number.
6. Klik tombol **`Edit`** apabila akan melakukan perubahaan license key.
7. Klik tombol **`Upload`** apabila akan mengunggah dokumen license.
8. Isi username dan password apabila diperlukan.
9. Isi data pada field Delivery Time, Justification (Remote DOP/Request by Engineer/None), Attachment, URL, dan Note.

* **Delivery Time**: Waktu estimasi perangkat telah sampai/diterima oleh Requestor.
* **Justification**: Keterangan apabila terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman.
  * **Remote DOP**: Apabila alamat pengiriman berada pada daerah rural/kawasan perdesaan.
  * **Request by Engineer**: Apabila waktu pengiriman sesuai dengan permintaan Requestor/Engineer.
  * **None**: Apabila tidak ada justifikasi pada pengiriman tersebut.
* **Attachment**: Dokumen bukti pengiriman.
* **URL**: URL tracking (apabila ada).

10. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.
11. Cek data.
12. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.
