Proses create request license:
Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).
Klik tombol New.
Isi data NE, Vendor, dan REF BAST.
Isi data pada Part Selection: Site ID, License, Type (Digital/Physical), Period, NE ID, dan Delivery Address (apabila memilih tipe Physical).
Klik tombol Select Asset untuk menampilkan daftar asset yang akan ditambahkan license.
Pilih asset.
Klik tombol Submit.
Isi data serial number asset.
Isi catatan.
Klik tombol Submit.
Proses create request licence berhasil apa tiket muncuk pada List of Request License dengan status Information: New - Action Next: Waiting Approval HQ.
