# TSA

Approval oleh TSA dilakukan pada tiket dengan status Information: **HQ Approved** - Action Next: **Waiting Approval TSA**.

Proses approve oleh TSA:

1. Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).
2. Cari ticket number RQL.
3. Klik tiket.
4. Klik tombol **`Approve`**.

5. Klik radio button Approve.
6. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.

Proses reject oleh TSA:

1. Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).
2. Cari ticket number RQL.
3. Klik tiket.
4. Klik tombol **`Approve`**.

5. Klik radio button Reject.
6. Isi catatan.
7. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.
