Approval delivery oleh Requestor dilakukan pada tiket dengan status Information: Delivered - Action Next: Waiting Approval Delivery.
Proses accept approval delivery:
Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).
Cari ticket number RQL.
Klik tiket.
Klik tombol
Approve Delivery.
Klik radio button Accept.
Klik tombol
Submit.
Proses accept approval delivery oleh Requestor berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Closed.
Proses reject approval delivery:
Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).
Cari ticket number RQL.
Klik tiket.
Klik tombol
Approve Delivery.
Klik radio button Reject.
Klik tombol
Browseuntuk mengunggah bukti penerimaan perangkat.Pilih delivery status: DOA (Dead on Arrival) atau Wrong Sparepart.
Isi alasan.
Klik tombol
Submit.
Proses reject approval delivery oleh Requestor berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Waiting Vendor Respond.
Proses proposed other time approval delivery:
Klik menu 14.3.12 License (eTSA Features).
Cari ticket number RQL.
Klik tiket.
Klik tombol
Approve Delivery.
Klik radio button Proposed Other Time.
Pilih tanggal dan waktu penerimaan barang.
Klik tombol
Browseuntuk mengunggah bukti penerimaan perangkat.Klik tombol
Submit.
Proses proposed other time approval delivery oleh Requestor berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Closed.
