# Resolution Evidence Submission

Proses resolution evidence submission oleh TP:

1. Klik menu ePRO (Electronic Tower Provider Reporting & Operations) pada side bar.
2. Klik menu 4.1 TOTI.
3. Pilih Cluster Area: Indonesia.
4. Cari ticket number.
5. Klik tiket.
6. Klik **`Request Close`**.

7. Isi data pada dialog Request Close.
8. Upload dokumen pendukung.
9. Klik **`Submit`**.
