Proses create ticket Site No Maintenance:

1. Klik menu ePRO (Electronic Tower Provider Reporting & Operations) pada side bar.
2. Klik menu 4.3 RPM.
3. Pilih Cluster Area.
4. Klik **`New`**.

5. Klik **`Site Tidak Maintenance`**.
6. Isi data.
7. Klik checkbox.
8. Klik **`Submit`**.
