# Request Reconciliation

Proses request reconciliation dilakukan oleh role TP pada tiket dengan status **Waiting TP Approval.**

Proses request conciliation:

1. Klik menu ePRO (Electronic Tower Provider Reporting & Operations) pada side bar.
2. Klik menu 4.5 National Pinalty.
3. Pilih Cluster Area.
4. Cari ticket number.
5. Klik tiket.
6. Klik **`Request Reconciliation`**.

7. Klik check box pada wilayah yang akan dilakukan reconciliation.
8. Klik **`Submit`**.
