## Menu Permit Access

Menu Permit Access dapat diakses dengan cara klik menu `Account`.

## Add Permit

Klik menu `Permit Access`.

Isi data pada halaman `Working Permit Access`.

:black\_small\_square: Company Name dan Company NDA

:black\_small\_square: Identity Type dan Identity Number

:black\_small\_square: Upload Identity Card, Selfie Photo, ID Card Photo, dan Photo with ID Card

Klik `SUBMIT`.
