# Invalid Status

<mark style="background-color:green;">Solution</mark>: Proses eATP gateway hanya bisa dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **New** atau **Assigned**. Maka apabila mengalami kendala invalid status dan status tiket ATP saat ini adalah **In Progress**, maka dapat melakukan cancel follow up pada tiket ATP terlebih dahulu, kemudian dapat dicoba melakukan proses eATP gateway kembali.
