# Invalid Material

<mark style="background-color:red;">Error case</mark>: Gagal dengan informasi "**Failed**. There is material that not allowed to be send."

<mark style="background-color:green;">Solution</mark>: Melakukan exclude item pada material non new addition, dengan cara:

1. Cari ticket number ATP.
2. Klik tiket.
3. Klik tombol **`Detail`**.
4. Klik tab Material Items.

5. Klik kanan pada material non new addition, kemudian klik tombol **`Exclude Item`**.
6. Isi catatan.
7. Klik tombol **`Update`**.

Setelah berhasil melakukan exclude item, kemudian dapat melakukan proses eATP gateway kembali.
