# New Addition

Proses create ticket related pada material new addition dapat dilakukan melalui web INEOM atau aplikasi NICE.

Create ticket related dilakukan pada tiket ATP dengan status **New** atau **In Progress**.

Proses create ticket related pada material new addition:

1. Klik menu 15.2 Equipment (eATP Features).
2. Cari ticket number ATP.
3. Klik tiket.
4. Klik tombol **`Detail`**.

5. Klik tab Material Items.
6. Klik tombol **`Create Ticket`** pada material New Addition.
7. Pilih radio button Subtype type: **`New Addition`** atau **`Trade In`** pada dialog New Addition Detail.
8. Klik tombol **`CREATE RELATED TICKET`**.

1. Klik ikon ➕ (Plus) pada asset di halaman ATP.
2. Pilih new addition type: **`New Addition`** atau **`Trade In`** pada dialog New Addition Detail.
3. Klik tombol **`ADD TO SUMMARY`**.
4. Klik tombol **`CREATE TICKET RELATED`**.
