# Decommission

Proses create ticket related pada material decommission dapat dilakukan melalui web INEOM atau aplikasi NICE.

Create ticket related dilakukan pada tiket ATP dengan status **New** atau **In Progress**.

Proses create ticket related pada material decommission:

1. Klik menu 15.2 Equipment (eATP Features).
2. Cari ticket number ATP.
3. Klik tiket.
4. Klik tombol **`Detail`**.

5. Klik tab Material Items.
6. Klik tombol **`Create Ticket`** pada material Decommission.
7. Isi data pada dialog Decommission Detail.

Petunjuk pengisian data pada dialog Decommission Detail:

* **Decommission type**: Pilih tipe decommission -> Relocation/Replacement/Config Change.
* **Select type**: Pilih tipe -> Acceptor/Donor.
* **Acceptor/Donor type**: Pilih tipe site acceptor/donor -> LPS/Site/Warehouse.
* **Acceptor site**: Isi dengan site acceptor.
* **Donor site**: Isi dengan site donor.
* **File MoM/Nodin**: Upload dokumen MoM/Nodin.
* **FPBG**: Upload dokumen FPBG atau eFPBG (untuk tipe site warehouse).
* **Additional File**: Upload dokumen pendukung.

8. Klik tombol **`CREATE RELATED TICKET`**.

1. Klik ikon 🔧 (Settings) pada asset di halaman ATP.
2. Isi data pada dialog Decommission Detail.

Petunjuk pengisian data pada dialog Decommission Detail:

* **Decommission type**: Pilih tipe decommission -> Relocation/Replacement/Config Change.
* **Select type**: Pilih tipe -> Acceptor/Donor.
* **Acceptor/Donor type**: Pilih tipe site acceptor/donor -> LPS/Site/Warehouse.
* **Acceptor site**: Isi dengan site acceptor.
* **Donor site**: Isi dengan site donor.
* **File MoM/Nodin**: Upload dokumen MoM/Nodin.
* **FPBG**: Upload dokumen FPBG atau eFPBG (untuk tipe site warehouse).
* **Additional File**: Upload dokumen pendukung.

3. Klik tombol **`ADD TO SUMMARY`**.
4. Klik tombol **`CREATE TICKET RELATED`**.
