* Proses create ticket trade in dapat dilakukan di web INEOM dan/atau aplikasi NICE.

## Create Ticket Trade In (INEOM Web)

Klik menu `15.2 Equipment` (eATP Features).

Create ticket trade in dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **New** atau **In Progress**.

Cari ticket number.

Klik tiket ATP.

Klik `Detail`.

Klik tab Material Items.

Klik `Create Ticket` pada material New Addition.

Pilih Subjob type: Trade In.

Klik `CREATE RELATED TICKET`.

Klik `Yes`.

Pilih New addition type: Trade In.

Klik `SAVE`.

Klik `CREATE TICKET RELATED`.
