Cari ticket number.

Klik tiket ATP.

Klik `Detail`.

Klik tab Material Items.

Klik `Create Ticket` pada job type Decommission.

Isi data pada dialog Decommission Detail.

Petunjuk pengisian data pada dialog Decommission Detail untuk proses movement inbound:

* **Decommission type**: Pilih Relocation.
* **Select type**: Pilih Acceptor.
* **Acceptor type**: Pilih Warehouse.
* **Acceptor site**: Isi dengan site warehouse yang akan dijadikan site acceptor atau site target inbound.
* **File FPBG**: Upload file FPBG apabila menggunakan manual FPBG, atau upload eFPBG apabila telah memiliki eFPBG pada site yang sedang digunakan ([Klik di sini untuk panduan eFPBG](/dms/efpbg.md)).
* **File Nodin**: Upload file Nodin dengan format file PDF.
* **Additional file**: Upload additional file apabila terdapat dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan.
