## Follow Up

Klik menu option pada tiket AM sub type Asset Installation.

Klik menu `Follow Up`.

Klik `YES`.

## Open Form

Klik menu `Open Form`.

Klik ikon :camera: untuk mengambil foto site.

Klik `GO TO FORM`.

## Fill Data

Klik check box pada asset untuk melakukan proses pengambilan foto asset.

Klik `Yes`.

Klik asset.

Klik `🖊`.

Klik dropdown untuk memilih condition.

Klik `OK`.

## Submit Ticket Installation

Klik menu option pada halaman Asset Installation.

Klik menu `SUBMIT`.

Klik `YES`.
