## Open Ticket

Klik `Material Items`.

Klik `Show Related Ticket List`.

Klik `Ticket Dismantle`.

## Follow Up

Klik menu option pada tiket AM sub type Asset Dismantle.

Klik menu `Follow Up`.

Klik `YES`.

## Open Form

Klik menu option pada tiket AM sub type Asset Dismantle.

Klik menu `Open Form`.

Klik ikon :camera: untuk mengambil foto site.

**Info**: Pengambilan foto site terdiri dari empat bagian, yaitu bagian depan, belakang, samping kiri, dan samping kanan site.

Klik `GO TO FORM`.

## Fill Data

Klik check box pada asset untuk melakukan proses pengambilan foto asset.

Klik `Yes`.

### Edit Part

Klik asset.

Klik `Edit Part`.

Klik `Select New Part`.

Pilih Group, Taxonomy, dan Item.

Klik `Save`.

Klik `OK`.

### Edit Serial Number

Klik icon `🖊`.

Klik field New Serial Number.

Ubah data serial number.

Klik `Yes`.

## Submit Ticket Dismantle

Klik menu option pada halaman Asset Dismantle.

Klik menu `SUBMIT`.

Klik `YES`.
