# Generate DO

Proses generate DO untuk proses barang keluar (outbound) di warehouse/gudang, yaitu:

1. Verifikasi user
2. Generate DO
3. Penambahan data asset

## Verify User

Klik `VIEW GOODS`.

Pilih asset dengan status Incomplete.

Klik `VERIFY`.

Isi data verifikasi user.

* Receiver: Pengirim
* Recipient Name: Nama penerima barang (Apabila receiver diisi dengan "Others")
* Date & Time: Tanggal dan waktu barang keluar dari gudang
* Note: Catatan
* SK Photo: Foto dokumen SK (Apabila receiver diisi dengan "Others")
* KTP Photo: Foto KTP penerima barang

Klik `Save`.

## Generate DO

Klik ikon ➕ pada asset.

Cek data asset.

Jumlah quantity pada generate delivery order harus sama dengan quantity pada goods detail.

Klik `SUBMIT`.&#x20;

Klik `Confirm`.

Isi catatan.

Ambil foto asset.

Klik `Save`.
