# Reopen FPBG

Reopen FPBG dilakukan pada tiket dengan status **Closed**.

Proses reopen FPBG:

1. Klik menu 17.6 eFPBG (DMS Feature).
2. Cari ticket number DMS.
3. Klik tiket.
4. Klik tombol **`Reopen`**.

5. Isi catatan.
6. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.
