Reopen FPBG

Reopen FPBG dilakukan pada tiket dengan status Closed.

Proses reopen FPBG:

  1. Klik menu 17.6 eFPBG (DMS Feature).

  2. Cari ticket number DMS.

  3. Klik tiket.

  4. Klik tombol Reopen.

  1. Isi catatan.

  2. Klik tombol Submit.

Proses reopen FPBG berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Rejected.
