# Create eFPBG by Mass Upload

Proses create eFPBG dengan cara mass upload:

1. Klik menu 17.6 eFPBG (DMS Features).

2. Klik tombol **`Add`**.
3. Isi data pada halaman Create File FPBG.

Data yang perlu diisi:

* Jenis: Penyimpanan/Permintaan.
* Site: Acceptor (apabila jenis Penyimpanan)/Donor (apabila jenis Permintaan).
* Goods Type: Non Infrastructure/Document/Infrastructure.
* Tanggal dibutuhkan.
* Nama Project.
* Approver Name.
* Note.

Proses pengisian data pada General Information:

1. Pilih jenis subtype.
2. Isi data.

1. Klik tombol **`Upload`**.
2. Klik tombol **`Upload`**.
3. Klik tombol **`Browse...`**.
4. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.

* Tab Processed Asset: Berisi daftar asset yang berhasil diproses.
* Tab Unprocessed Asset: Berisi daftar asset yang gagal diproses. Informasi status asset yang gagal diproses:
  * Error: Gagal karena alasan tertentu. Alasan akan ditampilkan pada tab Info.
  * Mismatch Info: Data asset pada template berbeda dengan data pada sistem.
  * Not Found: Asset tidak ditemukan pada site ID yang dipilih.
  * Force Movement: Asset ditemukan pada site ID lain, sehingga akan dilakukan force movement.

**Catatan**:

* Asset dengan informasi Error tidak dapat melanjutkan proses.
* Asset dengan informasi Not Found apabila akan melanjutkan proses, maka harus melakukan perubahan data Asset Category, Part Name, Serial Number, Kondisi Asset, dan Rencana Program terlebih dahulu.

Proses review asset untuk tetap diproses:

1. Klik tab Unprocessed Asset.

2. Klik checkbox pada asset.
3. Ubah data pada asset dengan status Not Found (apabila ada dan tetap diproses).
4. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.

4. Isi nomor PO pengadaan asset (apabila jenis Penyimpanan) atau Nodin (apabila jenis Permintaan).
5. Isi kondisi asset dan rencana program.

6. Klik checkbox pada asset.
7. Klik tombol **`Save`**.
