# Create eFPBG by Manual Selection

Proses create eFPBG dengan cara manual selection:

1. Klik menu 17.6 eFPBG (DMS Features).

2. Klik tombol **`Add`**.
3. Isi data pada halaman Create File FPBG.

1. Isi data pada General Information

\*) Propose asset hanya bisa dilakukan untuk jenis Penyimpanan.

1. Pilih jenis subtype: Penyimpanan/Permintaan.
2. Isi data.

* Site: Acceptor (apabila jenis Penyimpanan)/Donor (apabila jenis Permintaan).
* Goods Type: Non Infrastructure/Document/Infrastructure.
* Tanggal dibutuhkan.
* Nama Project.
* Approver Name.
* Note.

1. Pilih site ID donor/acceptor.
2. Klik tombol **`Add Site`**.
3. Klik checkbox pada site.
4. Klik tombol **`Search Asset`**.

5. Klik checkbox pada asset yang dipilih.
6. Klik tombol **`Submit`**.

Propose asset hanya dilakukan apabila asset tidak ditemukan saat proses search asset.

1. Klik tombol **`Propose Asset`**.
2. Pilih APG.
3. Pilih asset.
4. Klik tombol **`Add`**.

5. Isi jumlah asset.
6. Klik tombol **`Add`**.

4. Isi nomor PO pengadaan asset (apabila jenis Penyimpanan) atau Nodin (apabila jenis Permintaan).
5. Isi kondisi asset dan rencana program.

6. Klik checkbox pada asset.
7. Klik tombol **`Save`**.
