Menu Service Management

Menu Service Management dapat diakses pada Ticketing System.

Klik menu Service Management pada menu Fault Ticketing.

Lakukan konfigurasi filter (assignee filter, status filter, dan/atau area) apabila data tidak muncul.

Create Ticket SMT

Klik Create.

Isi data pada halaman Create Ticket.

Tanda bintang (*) dan border line berwarna merah menunjukkan data yang harus diisi.

Klik Submit.

Data yang harus diisi pada General Information adalah:

  • Summary: Ringkasan kejadian.

  • Impact: Dampak gangguan.

  • Severity: Tingkat kerusakan.

  • Priority: Tingkat prioriatas.

  • Assignee Group: Grup yang akan menerima tiket.

  • Assignee: User yang akan menerima tiket.

Petunjuk pengisian data pada tab SOC.

Incident Detail: Detail kejadian.

Data yang harus diisi pada Incident Detail adalah:

  • Service Impact: Detail dampak kejadian.

  • Incident Type: Tipe kejadian.

  • Start Time: Waktu kejadian site mengalami trouble.

Affected Area: Detail area yang terkena dampak dari kejadian.

Data yang harus diisi pada Affected Area adalah:

  • Affected Regions: Daerah yang terkena dampak.

  • Transmission: Transmisi.

Data yang harus diisi pada tab Alarm adalah Service Category dan Alarm Category.

Pada proses create tiket SMT, data pada tab Resolution tidak wajib diisi.

Proses create tiket SMT berhasil apabila tiket muncul pada halaman Service Management dengan status Assigned.

Add Work Info

Pilih tiket.

Klik Action.

Klik menu Add Work Info.

Isi field Remark pada dialog Add Work Info.

Klik Choose files untuk upload dokumen (jika diperlukan).

Klik Submit.

Action on Ticket SMT

Info: Pengerjaan tiket SMT dapat dilakukan dengan 2 cara, yaitu:

1) User mengambil tiket dan mengerjakannya sendiri (Take Over).

2) User A menyelesaikan tiket dengan mengirim ke demarcation untuk dilakukan cross check oleh user B, kemudian dikembalikan ke user A (Demarcation & Re-dispatch).

Take Over

Pilih tiket.

Klik Action.

Klik menu Take Over.

Klik Takeover.

Proses take over tiket SMT berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Assigned.

Demarcation

Info: Proses demarcation dilakukan ketika pengerjaan ticket SMT dilakukan oleh dua orang dalam satu tim.

Pilih tiket.

Perhatian: Demarcation tiket SMT dilakukan pada tiket dengan status Assigned.

Klik Action.

Klik menu Change Status.

Ubah field Status menjadi Demarcation pada dialog Change Ticket Status.

Isi field Remark (jika diperlukan).

Klik Change Status.

Proses demarcation tiket SMT berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Demarcation.

Redispatch

Pilih tiket.

Klik Action.

Klik menu Redispatch.

Isi field Assignee Group dan Assignee pada dialog Redispatch Ticket.

Klik Dispatch.

Proses redispatch tiket SMT berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Assigned.

Fill Root Cause

Pilih tiket.

Perhatian: Fill root cause tiket SMT dilakukan pada tiket dengan status Assigned atau Demarcation.

Klik Action.

Klik menu Detail.

Isi field Root Cause pada tab SOC.

Set Resolution

Pilih tiket.

Perhatian: Set resolution tiket SMT dilakukan pada tiket dengan status In Progress.

Klik Action.

Klik menu Resolution.

Isi data pada dialog Set Resolution.

Info: Petunjuk pengisian data pada dialog Set Resolution.

Root Cause: Penyebab utama trouble.

Resolution Category: Kategori resolusi dalam mengatasi trouble.

Resolution Action: Tindakan resolusi dalam mengatasi trouble.

Klik Submit.

Proses set resolution tiket SMT berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Resolved.

Change Ticket Status

Info: Proses change ticket status dianggap valid apabila status tiket diganti secara berurutan, seperti:

  • Assigned menjadi Demarcation.

  • Assigned/Demarcation menjadi In Progress.

  • In Progress menjadi Resolved.

  • Resolved menjadi Closed.

Pilih tiket.

Perhatian: Close tiket SMT dilakukan pada tiket dengan status Resolved.

Klik Action.

Klik menu Change Status.

Ubah field Status menjadi Closed pada dialog Change Ticket Status.

Isi field Remark (jika diperlukan).

Klik Change Status.

Proses close tiket SMT berhasil apabila status tiket menjadi Closed.
